Taron Consulting provides a wide range of training and consulting services to increase effectiveness in our clients' organizations and in our clients' individual endeavours. Our organizational work centres on creating a valid selection and interviewing process. Key to this is our Competency-Based Management Workshops. For our individual clients, we customize our coaching and training services to increase their effectiveness in the workplace.

Ayotunde Adebayo

Ayotunde Adebayo, Ph.D has over 20 years experience in training all cadre of company personnel. He is versed in using and optimizing computing tools in training sessions. He is trained and has trained extensively on IT, biometrics, due diligence, HR Best practices, performance management, governance, marketing,leadership, sales, strategy, business management & training covering several countries in Europe, Africa, & the Middle East Area.

He has developed and delivered several training courses covering leadership, marketing, sales, customer care, branding, teamwork and organisational efficiency. He has published several articles in business and academic journals. He is a faculty member of Business School Netherlands. Ayotunde also lectures at the University of Lagos.
